Shipping Times

The delivery carrier (UPS or FedEx) will make up to 3 delivery attempts, requiring an adult 21 years or older to sign for the package. You can expect your delivery in a few days, so please use an address where someone over 21 will be present to sign.

Ground Shipping

Depending upon your state, delivery is 3-14 business days from leaving our warehouse. All custom labeled wine orders ypically take up to two to three business days to process.

Standard CA: 2-3 Business Days
Others: 3-7 Business Days
NJ: Approximately 2 weeks

If you have a gift or party and need the wine there by a specific date, see the expedited options by state below. Due to state regulations the options vary by state. For expedited rates, select your shipping state at checkout.

For express shipping options, orders must be placed before 12pm Pacific to ship same day (due to carrier schedules). Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority and we stand behind the quality of our products and services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team within 30 days of receipt of the order. Items that are damaged in transit, or are not to your satisfaction, will be replaced. Any unsatisfactory items need to be re-corked with remaining contents and returned in order to receive a refund.

  • Cancelled, returned, reshipped, or rerouted orders will be subject to additional charges. For all returns, please contact Customer Service in order to request a return shipping label. A refund will be issued upon confirmation of the return, less a 15% restocking fee.
  • Only custom etched products that are being returned for QC issues will be accepted. All other custom etched products being returned will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
  • Flat rate shipping charges apply per the total number of bottles (750ml in size) sent to a single address. Shipping rates vary for large format and mini-bottles. Discounted prices are as listed and are not combinable with other savings or discounts. Vintages and wines may be substituted as required. One-cent shipping applies to orders of 12 bottles (750ml) or more sent to a single address, excluding AK and HI.

We are committed to delivering our products in excellent condition and in a timely manner, and feel it is important to inform you that all shipping carriers require an adult signature at the time of delivery. We always recommend shipping to a business address to ensure an adult is present during business hours.
